Ahh, yes. After several semesters of seminary training, thousands of pages written & read, and hundreds of sermons and lesson prepared, I can confidently say I have no idea what this picture means.
The humor thread (formerly Sunday funny)
My first thought was the cherubim, but I am not sure how the words “Be not afraid” tie into that.
Maybe 2 Chronicles 16:9?
KJ version:
“For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him…”
“Biblically accurate angels” has become sort of an internet trend with people punching in the biblical descriptions of angels into AI image generators. A lot of the images look a bit like that. The joke is “looking like that, no wonder they would say ‘Be not afraid!’” I’m guessing that’s the reference.
Duh… Proverbs 20:14 “It’s no good, it’s no good!” says the buyer—
then goes off and boasts about the purchase.
I vote for no politics ever …

Haha! That’s one way to figure it out. Almost 30,000 views in two days is crazy!
For a more accurate comparison look at the views on a Jake Workman video 5 years after he’s dead.

haha
I was so tempted to make a meme edit at that part in the banjo lesson but decided it’s 2026 already

Ha ha!

It took me 15 hours to get that joke
Some things are even better with time.
