I was wondering if any guitar players out there can help me figure out what chord is being shown on this video at the 4:36 mark? It looks to me like a regular D chord with only two fingers and an open high E string, but not too sure

You got it. Without a capo, it’s a Dsus2. With the capo at the 3rd fret, it’s an Fsus2.
Here’s a cool site you can use to plug in fret combos to see what chord(s) they make.
