Well you know that you are a guitar/mandolin/banjo player when you forget to cut the nails on your picking hand. I was embarrassed lately when I shook hands with a very observant older fellow. He noticed that my fretting hand had very clean cut and short nails while my “hand shaking” aka picking hand was a little ummmmmm less groomed. Heck i’m working too hard to try to follow Ben’s lessons to remember to cut the picking hand nails 
. On a brighter note…I had washed my hands this week
