Why am I getting an error while watching a video, then says watch on vimeo? But then when I click on it, I get permission denied…video not there or never was? (something like that)

Which video are your trying to watch? Also, what are you using (PC, Mac, iPad. etc.)?
Can not remember the actual video, was a couple. Watching from a pc. «i`ll get the error, shutdown watch it and be fine…then might happen another time.
