Transitioning from G to C

One of the things I was helped by at camp was going through some walk downs from G to C and vice versa when playing rhythm. Is there a video on the site that reviews that? Been looking. I should’ve made notes on the tab sheets. This is pretty basic I realize. Thanks in advance
