Basic definition of pro is doing it for a living. If you do it part time you’re semi pro. If you don’t make money doing it, you’re an amateur

Are we talking voice quality or their singing as a career and style?
I reckon whether they sit in Bluegrass will be the first problem for my candidate but style of singing I like Eleanor Underhill. Not the best voice technically but totally right for what she performs in Underhill Rose.
