You mean the one I messed up?
I wasn’t going to try another take seeing as I’d already done enough …It’s obvious those kind of licks don’t fit under my fingers.

That lick takes a reeeally really long time to get consistent. I barely have it now If you want a challenge you should try playing the harmonic-chordy-slidey lick he does. It’s at the end of Thunderclouds of Love.
Next time just read the video title.
You could’ve titled it “some improv and some Jake Workman licks AND A TONY RICE LICK just so you know”
Much too long
Based on the thread title, I was wondering who was playing Salt Creek in 9/6.
Haha
I’ve been working on Boss Fight by Wes Corbett and a solo by Noam Pikelny of Blueridge Cabin Home. Neither are close to perfect but it’s in practice still
Great job Timothy!
Good work!
Great job man! I started learning that Blue Ridge Cabin Home solo like a year ago and forgot about it…
Thanks! I’ve only practiced it a few times as you can probably tell. I just found it the other day on Eli Gilbert’s channel
Dude stop making us feel bad.
I’m trying to not feel bad myself
This is the stuff Noam just makes up on the spot in a jam…
He’s insanely good. You should check out the video of him playing Boulderdash with Bela Fleck if you haven’t seen it yet, he improvises a super cool solo.
