I was confused at one time and thought the saddle was the bridge there is nothing wrong with not knowing something, but everything wrong with not finding out . Click on the picture too get it larger and clearer.

Good pic for newbies. I see folks getting bridges and saddles mixed up quite often.
I do see one problem. On the instruments I have, the nut is always behind the guitar.
