What's the Best Kind of BBQ?

Hey, why not? What’s the best kind of BBQ (region & meat)? For me, Texas-style brisket is my fave, with eastern NC-style whole hog as a pretty close second.

WOW… I live in the “restaurants district” just below Hoover Dam. We went to Willow Beach just yesterday. It’s the first Restaurant\Store, campground and boat launch, below the dam.
