Special gifted guitar

I’m a pastor here in Warner Robins, GA. This past Sunday one of our members unexpectedly gave me a guitar that he made himself- it’s a hobby of his to make them. I was blown away by this gift. Attached is a picture with the autographed “specs.”

Generally I try not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but is there any chance he’s trying to bribe his way into heaven?

Honestly, what a generous & deeply thoughtful gift.

Looks like he did a great job! I’m in the process of building a guitar now and I know it’s a lot of work

Looking through the specs, that should be a lively guitar for fingerpicking and it probably has good cut when flatpicked. I am curious how that neck shape feels (it is described as “progressive, organic, asymmetric”).

@Mike_R I’ve really enjoyed playing it so far. I’m still trying to figure out what’s “progressive” and “organic” about the neck myself.

Beautiful guitar. Any chance you can record a little sample of you pickin’ it? Would love to hear it! God Bless you and enjoy the blessing.
