Hey Chris! Welcome to the board. Ben is away from the forum making a delivery to the general store right now. I’ll reach out to him to make sure he sees this. I’m sure it’s just a glitch somewhere.
In the mean time, make sure you check your Junk/Spam folders to make sure your confirmation email didn’t get put in there. If that’s not it, Ben can handle it.

Hey @cn.bryant, you were emailed an order confirmation, but I think there’s a misunderstanding. You’re not emailed the lesson itself. Rather, when you purchase a lesson on the site, the lesson is unlocked for you and you’re able to stream the vids and download the tabs/mp3s. To access it, go to your account page and you’ll see your purchased lessons: banjobenclark.com/account
