Been trying to set up a one on one lesson . Sent an email and went to" chat with banjo ben" but have heard nothing. Any idea how to make this happen?

the email should do the trick. The chat section is only open when it is announced, like for a group lesson or something.
Ben has been out of town and has had some trouble getting informed of posts on site recently. Hang in there and he will get hold of you as soon as he can I’m sure.
