Any of you guys read his new bio “Kentucky Traveler”? Just found out about it the other day and plan on getting a copy. Even if you’re not a big Skaggs fan there’s probably some good bluegrass history in it worth reading.
New Ricky Skaggs book
I haven’t read it, but Ricky sure does have strong ties back to the older generation of musicians. He’s played with so many people. I bet it will be a good read.
It’s on my wish list, but that’s about as close to it as I’ve come.
I got a copy for Christmas. Just started reading it. Will post some thoughts on it when I’m finished.
