I think it’s awwesome!

Can I give one suggestion?

ON 'most folks" where you start the chorus, you might try saying “most” a beat earlier and putting 'Folks" on the downbeat.

It might feel more in sync with the rhythm of the other lyrics and gives the chorus a slightly more definite beginning.
