I have a really good student and we have been discussing what to do for our upcoming recital in May. This kid is such a straight arrow. He doesn’t make jokes. He’s happy, but he’s got a very serious demeanor. His choice for a recital? “Ghost chickens in the sky“. He wants to do one solo on his guitar, and the other solo on a kazoo. He’s not telling anybody and his family what he’s going to do. I suspect everybody is going to fall out of their chair laughing. Oh by the way the chicken noises? He wants me to have that part.
