Everything about that performance was epic. You smiled nonstop through the entire piece,… your right hand was like, thirty five years old and technically to-die-for, and your picking rolls near the end of the song actually compelled me to watch them in slow motion just to steal a few of those licks hopeyoudontmind…
The song itself is everything you’ve said it was, and your fluidity on the fingers and the melody reflects a bit of your fiddlework. It was clean and airy, with space in between those tastefully executed runs,… it was a marvel to watch and I can’t wait to see you get your first IBMA award! You are the embodiment of Ben’s “Three P’s” on a break. This video is probably my favorite, and I’ve seen everything you’ve posted in the last six months (including the flying bow).
