Hi Ben, GUITAR QUERY

A while back I asked if you could help explain what Marteka is doing on the banjo at 0.25 and 1.03.

I should have also asked you to explain what William is doing on the guitar with the Lester Flatt Riff ?

I don’t play guitar - I just want to add it to my TAB to created a bit of punctuation

For sure! He’s doing a very basic G run where he plays two quarter notes on beats 4 and 1. The first note on beat 4 is the 2nd fret of the 4th string. The beat 1 note is the open 3rd string.

His pick hand looks like it’s not doing much, I guess he’s throwing some hammers and pull offs in there.
