Hospital chart bloopers

  1. The patient refused autopsy.

I think I like the circus sized one best. I wonder if that came from dictation software (like Dragon dictate).
Maybe I like the thyroid one better… it’s a tough call.

Yep circus sized was a hoot! It hurt to read the one about the thyroid though. OUCH! That’s what you call taking a long look at something.
