Help With Picking Hand Technique

I’d appreciate help if anyone has a couple minutes and could take a look at the two videos attached here. I feel like such a clunker. I am the polar opposite of smooth. I want to start by looking at my picking hand. Tonight I had my wife try to hold my iPhone so you can see my picking hand from a couple of angles (I’m battling trying to play with trying to coach her on how to hold the camera, lol) I want to know how to improve my right hand picking technique. Any help would be appreciated, so feel free to be brutally honest. If I can get some improvement here, then I’ll try moving on to my fretting hand (which I fear is in worse shape than my picking hand) and doing the same thing. Thank you!

I think I fixed it

'marked Private" was the message I got just now

Have you gone through Ben’s right hand Pick & Hand Fundamentals instruction video?

Yu might also look at Plectrology– The Study of Flatpicks! taught by Jake, which has some right hand instruction also
