Hi Guys, Can you please help me Identify these notes / chords
It’s a chord progression my grandson is working on. He is currently out in Australia and when it comes to guitars I haven’t a clue. I tried to find the notes on the banjo but my ear training skills are not yet fully functional either that or the guitar is out of tune.
Looks like he’s playing 1 3 6- 4, so in the key of A that is: A C# F#m D

Banjo Ben nailed it (not surprised - he knows a little about playing the guitar). But - wow - am I the only who noticed how high the action is on that instrument? Who ever owns this instrument can probably crush walnuts in his left hand.
Hi @Mr_G the owner is a friend of my grandson. They are backpackers, currently working on a banana plantation in Queensland Australia.
He seems to use power chords (for those chords Ben mentioned) and seems to end in Asus4 or something like that.
