Hey @scott_wilson did you check out this one yet? I really liked it since it has almost a Build A Break form with 3 solos but is also teaching the awesome concept of drive.

Also this is a good lesson as it has 3 solos as well of Fireball Mail. This one is a Pick A Lick lesson breaking down the Foggy Mountain Lick and putting it into use. Its an extremely helpful and useful lesson.
