I might have to do it later today like at maybe 2:00 p.m. because I need help from my mom to do that.Sorry

Discuss the Banjo lesson: Lonesome Road Blues
Now i would’nt class myself as advanced more intermediate but i really want a go at this or at least a few of the breaks…
Do you think i should or continue with the intermediate lessons
Thanks
Hi Lee once you’re through that beginner learning path take a stab at any lesson. Don’t be put off by the label Advanced all it means is the licks are a bit more challenging. Go for it.
All right here you go.
Ok thanks pal
Thanks, @Siah! It sounds like to me that you don’t have enough relief (distance b/t strings and frets) and it’s buzzing on one of the fret wires above the 10th. We need to raise your action a bit and get more relief. Can you watch videos 5 and 6 in this course? https://banjobenclark.com/courses/banjo-setup-with-steve-huber
Try doing some minute coordinator rod adjustments, just very small adjustments, and let us know what happens.
Hey @BanjoBen, that did not work, but I may have not done it right, I am not sure. Is there anything else you want me to try? Thank you so much for helping me.
I just can’t say for sure without playing it or working on it myself, sorry!
Ok thanks anyway for your help!
Hey Ben, This is an old lesson but I keep coming back to the melodic break. Can you discuss a little bit of the theory behind the choices passing through measures 57 to 60 ? Thanks.
Superb arrangement and huge fun to play - I am having difficulty tracing down any media with Alan Munde playing this arrangement - any folks out there help?
Not sure if this is the same arrangement but it’s really cool:
The first song played here is the arrangement: https://youtu.be/LjbauwGuOWA

Way cool. Lots of bits in there from Ben’s lesson, but lots of unfamiliar stuff, too. I may have to spend some time studying that video.
Finally got the framework down for this great tune, has took over a year plugging at it, some parts were a pain to get my head round. I hadn’t got the rhythm down right until I utilised the TEFview file a lot, just got to clean it up and get the speed up and I will be happy….
to @BanjoBen 's Forum @bactonbanjo John and
on your achievement, that is one challenging lesson for sure. I must go back and revisit it. It’s been four years since I recorded that tune.
Any tips on memorizing this? Should we try to or is it better to just work through the material. It’d be nice to be able to break this one out, but it seems like too much to remember by rote.
