What software are you using Keith? TEFView and TablEdit both have MIDI . MIDI is what allows you to hear the TAB play.
Here is the view in TablEdit. In TEFView the menu is similar but the Relative Speed option opens a menu box.
You have to set these values before you click PLAY.
Right I see what you mean. Is that the most up to date version? What device are you using, Ipad, Phone ,Mac, PC ?
PC. I use it on both my laptop and desktop

No. I was able to get it figured out thanks to you guys. I just had to go into my “play” menu and I can do it that way. Thanks.
From the image you posted it looks like Matthieu Leschemelle has been updating the software and changed the menus around.
