Ok, so I never in a million years thought I’d ever do this… (thanx to everyone here for the inspiration & thanx for this project Ben!!) I stole my son’s guitar (Shhhh!) and slipped off to another room… this is the 1st time I’ve ever tried to play guitar, & it’s pretty obvious, but heres my guitar entry for #banjobencabinfever :

Thank you - banjo is his favorite instrument. He actually just learned Will the Circle Be Unbroken Thursday and worked on it until today, the timing was giving him a lot of trouble. He was planning on playing Lonesome Road Blues which is his favorite until we realized it was just Will the Circle Be Unbroken. But he gave it a shot! We just really appreciate this opportunity for the kids to learn new pieces and work outside their comfort zones.

Hi Kelly, Yes he is anticipating the start and comes in a little early on the down beat. If you listen back you’ll hear what I mean. Not to worry though, in time he will learn to correct this. Have him watch Ben count in on the slow demo.
