Will The Circle Be Unbroken - key of C

I hope you guys enjoy my version of “Will The Circle Be Unbroken” - I am doing this version in the key of C. I have never played it with the banjo in this key before… ( I am also playing all of the other instruments…) Let me know what you think… Thank you. WILL THE CIRCLE BE UNBROKEN - KEY OF C

What i could make out sounded pretty good…to me, it gets a bit confusing with all the instruments playing different leads on top of one another…or maybe I’m just old and like things simpler…

Thanks for letting me know. I’ll work on it some more today. Trying to do all of it myself, I may not have the perspective to force me to edit some out. Thank you very much for your input… I’ll share the updated version in a few hours.

Thanks for letting me know… I trimmed the instruments down quite a bit… I hope this one is a better version. WILL THE CIRCLE BE UNBROKEN - KEY OF C

That’s a lot closer!

Can you notice how the banjo stands out as the lead so much better when it comes around?

Nice job. If I had to suggest something, I might suggest checking the tuning of your banjo’s fifth string. Sounds good otherwise.

It may be the capo that I am using. I just bought the 5th string capo from Banjo Ben’s store. I may not be using it correctly.

Just make sure to tune it after you put it on

Are you playing this from a tab? If so, can you give me a link?

Hi @Bill_R Like Dave said, all a bit confusing even in the second take. And like Dave I can attest to being auld tae

I have known this song for over 40 years. The tab that I had I have long misplaced. I know that Banjo Ben has this song … If not I can see what I can to make the tab up for you…

Thank you. I would appreciate it but don’t make a great effort unless you’re looking for something to do. I have the BB one in G so I may have to work it out myself–I’m too reliant on tabs for my own good.
