If you mean the one at 0:37 I am pretty sure it is a standard G lick she just really emphasises it.

Add a pull off on the 4th string for an alternate var

If I am hearing properly, at least part of the time, it’s being played starting with the slide on beat two. I would simplify it too if I was thinking about vocals as well.
