When I was in Scotland the hotel served Haggis on the breakfast bar. I don’t know if that is the real thing or not, but I liked it. It reminded me of Cajun Boudin. Not exactly the same but similar.

It sure was, although butchers have their own recipe’s. Some haggis are spicer than others. I like mine really spicy & on the dry side.
