I remember seeing a VDB in a coin shop in Galveston, TX years ago and wishing I would have bought it then.

Kermit the frog and that snowman from Rudolph the Red nose rein deer are two of my favorite pickers! Although I think they both pick the four string banjo. 
I think it’s because they are beautiful, brief, non-threatening, and create a natural sense of wonder. It’s a symbol of a promise from God.

Vacation Bible School this week! 80+ kids having a great time all over the church learning about Jesus and memorizing the 23rd Psalm. It’s organized chaos.

I love the NIV translation of verse 1: “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.” There is much serenity to be found in those words.
