Heading up to Branson today! My first Branson camp starts Thursday, but we have a gathering of campers the night before at the General Store for jams, etc.
On Saturday I’m one of the judges for the Youth in Bluegrass competition…did that last year and it was a blast. Looking forward to seeing all the talent this weekend!
Then, Hannah’s family is coming up and we’ll spend a week with them on vacation. I may be away from the forum a bit, so thank y’all for making folks feel welcome.
Hello everyone. It’s been a bit since I poked my head in here.
Our third child was born on the 20th. Our first Boy!! His name is Blade, and he’s healthy and very cute (although not as pretty as his sisters were…).

Welp, back to work but still riding that natural high from my first Cabin Camp in Branson. Had an awesome time meeting everyone there and learning from Katy Lou and Alan. Made some major strides in dealing with jam jitters. Can’t wait to do another one in the future!

Going to see Punch Brothers tonight with a buddy of mine. Super excited to see the show, I know nothing about what they have planned except they’ve got a new instrumental album coming out. Really hoping they play Another New World or Pride of Man!

I am a graduate this year. My folks got me a grad gift early. now I don’t know if anybody is into the hobby of collecting old American coins, but they bought me a 1909 s VDB Lincoln penny. that was the hardest of the set.
Nice! Haven’t been since they redid it a few years ago but I heard it’s a lot nicer!
