What are y'all up to?

@BanjoBen Is that the church that Gerald Wolf goes to?

I don’t know? A friend of mine pastors it, John Mark Oliver

@BanjoBen what’s the update on your shoulder? I’m sure you’ve gotten lots of treatment by now. But I have 10.5 years experience as an outpatient physical therapist assistant. If there’s anything I can assist with I’d be glad to.

Thank you! I’ve yet to get an MRI, hoping to do that in the next week, which will tell the tale, I reckon. I’m gaining mobility. But, it seems like when I attempt to lift my arm straight out, I’m having to use muscles that I wouldn’t normally use.

You’re correct it will show the extent of damage. Keep working through the available range within comfort, no benefit to irritate it. Over door pulleys at this stage in the game can be beneficial and keeping those shoulder blades active if possible. Praying for your quick healing and best of outcomes!

Got my radiology back MRI…looks like full supraspinatus tendon tear, along with labrum tear and some other minor tendon tears. Also showed a birth defect that is causing some impingement. I’ll try to see an Ortho soon, but I suppose I’m headed for surgery after camps are over.

Sorry about that. The good news is that it is incredible what they can do with rotator cuff surgeries. I have done stupid stuff to my shoulder since the surgery and there have been zero setbacks. It’s certainly a tough road for a bit, but keep your eye on the prize and you will have a great shoulder before you know it. If I can do anything, let me know.
Oh… and keep your eye out for what will be using the down time for.
I bet He has something up his sleeve :+1: (Romans 8:28).
