What are y'all up to?

It’s cool to see the nearby trees iced up, but I think that’s about all that’s detectable.

Man that sounds like a lot of fun.

Is that slab picture taken out of the kitchen window? I’m having trouble placing the location.

Nope, taken out of my upstairs Cabin window. Hint: I had to remove the pig cooker to put this slab down  But don’t worry, the pig cooker is going back up!

Have 60 acres of them but have planted a ton of fruit trees over the past few years. I try and plant at least 2 new fruit trees every year, sometimes up to 10/yr. There’s just something about a tree that you can simply plant, wait a couple years, then eat from that tree for the rest of your life. For $200 you can buy 8 good fruit trees and have fresh fruit right out your back door for the rest of your life.

Oh, I have 60 acres, mainly wooded…I’ve got some bigguns’ on me. Three of us would have to link hands to reach around a few of them.

An enjoyable writer hope you enjoy. I thought as a youngster that his chronologically story wise Narnia book The Magicians Nephew was a much overlooked Treasure.

Currently into Saga of the Forgotten Warrior series by Larry Correia. (swords & sorcerers stuff) fairly good so far.

It’s always interesting to me to see what kind of world & society authors can imagine.

Today we finished up the slab for the camp pavilion, lumber package was delivered, and we start framing Monday.

Then we also finished the demo of the inside kitchen to change the layout to accommodate more folks…y’all about blew the walls out of this place last camp, haha. (I won’t lie, it’s a good excuse to remodel!)

We also started electrical on a covered porch outside. Exciting times!

Build pavilion. Build outdoor kitchen. Remodel the kitchen and dining room. Well yeah, Mr. IRS auditor. Those WERE business expenses.
