I’ve tried using the chrome browser, I have tried restarting my phone, I’ve tried just about everything I can think of, and it just spins. What can I do?

Which Lesson? Have you tried accessing the lesson using a PC or Mac Book?

Hmm, being that you’re the only one I’ve heard from on this, so it’s something on your end. Can you try another browser on your phone? Safari, firefox? That would help us know if it’s just a Chrome issue.
I’ve tried lots of browsers and they all do the same thing
So sorry, can you share what phone, OS version you’re using? Also, are you using any kind of ad blocking app? Finally, when I see things like this it’s usually because the internet network folks are using has a firewall that prevents them from playing videos…so, have you tried this using cell service & NOT the wifi?

I have asked other Gold Pick Members who access lessons using their phone and they all say they are having no issues, which suggests the problems you are having are local to you. Usually when a video won’t load and just spins as you describe is generally down to Internet Bandwidth, Your ISP Internet Service Provider. Check with your ISP there may be outage in your area. Bandwidth you may need to upgrade your Service Package with your ISP.
You may also have too many APPs running on your phone, using up valuable memory. I don’t use a phone to access lessons so I have run out of ideas / suggestions.
