When one submits a video for feedback and gets it … do we need to submit a whole new thread for a follow-up video? Or add the new one to the first thread?
And how often can we submit new threads there?

Hi Steve Generally speaking you would create a thread and add to that conversation as you go. If that means submitting multiple videos you add them as you go. Having multiple threads creates confusion. No hard rules just common sense really

As @Archie said, keep it on the same thread if possible. You can submit as many as you want, just keep in mind that I’m one person and will get to them as soon as able, thanks!
