Try as I might, I’m having difficulty figuring out where to change my payment method or update the credit card that has expired. Does anyone have the ABCs on this for the Banjo Ben Clark website?
Update Payment Method
To update an expired debt / credit card you’ll need to log into your bank credit/paypal etc account and update your account. Here in the UK for the new card to activate you may need to visit a cash machine and make at transaction/ print a statement. At least that has been my experience.

Thanks for replying Archie, tho I guess I was clear on what I needed. All I need to do is update my payment method to pay my Gold Pick dues on the banjobenclark.com website. I just can’t find the place to do that on the site. It doesn’t appear in the “My Account” section. Any ideas would be helpful!
I most often use my iPhone to access the site, so I took a quick look. At the very top of the page there is a link that says “my account”. Clicking on that link takes you to a page with various other links, one of which is payment method. You should be able to make changes there. If you are using some other method I’m not sure what it will look like, but it should be similar on any device. Just look for the “my account” link.
Edit: Just re-read your original message. I often have issues just like you are describing and it is often related to the browser I am using. If the payment method link isn’t showing up for you, I would try a different browser.
I just logged in using Google Chrome and verified it is in the “my account” page. Last item under Subscription Status.
If you can’t get it figured out from Dave’s guidance above, just shoot an email over to Alicia at alicia@banjobenclark.com and she can get you squared away.
