I’m hung up with jumping on board as a Gold Pick member because my account will not let me always view the trial, unlocked videos from the silver pick session.
At times it has worked and other times, like today, not.
I unlocked “Speed Test” and it will not go to the full version. I am opening the browser with Google Chrome, I have refreshed and still no success.
I really need this to work seamlessly so I can spend my time practicing banjo and not being a computer tech.

You do know that your Silver Pick only allows you to unlock up to three videos. These remain unlocked once you have made your choice Some video’s like course work have restrictions and do not allow access to the free membership.
Make sure you are Logged In on the Main Site which is separate from the Forum Site. Try logging out and logging in again.
Let us know how you make out.

OK Archie, I think I have figured out what I need to know and I am now an official Gold Pick member.
