I can see hammer on video accept the 16th tutorial video

Seems to be playing fine for me. What device and browser are you using?
If you mean the 16th note banjo hammer-on tutorial I just tried it and it working fine on a my PC using Windows Explorer 11
What type of device and browser are you using? This will be helpful to Ben’s Tech Team in trying to resolve your issue.
In the meantime try refreshing your web browser and click on the video again. Sometimes that’s all it takes.
