In this video, you can see Russ has a tuner that is green and he tunes the G string until it goes out. Is anyone familiar with this tuner and can tell me what it is? It’s at about 1 minute.

That looks much like an NS-Micro. I think that the green light/tuning/going off is a bit of a red herring. The micro shows green when a string is pretty well tuned and a dimmer red when out of tune, and it goes blank when it can’t lock to a single fundamental tone. I do like the NS-Micros… they have become my staple tuners.
