Jim Henson was clearly a fan of folk/bluegrass. The banjo player was voiced by Jim Henson. He also looks like Jim Henson. This bluegrass muppets group appear on the Muppet Show a few times over the years.

That’s fantastic! Morrow is just 15 miles or so from me. My wife and I have ridden our bikes there before along the Little Miami River. I remember watching the Muppet show as a kid. Great stuff. Thanks for the post.
