For now, Ben is only teaching songs in the public domain. If what I found is correct, that song was released in 1988, so it’ll be a long time before it’s not covered by a copyright.
Ben is hoping to be able to license copyrighted material in a future iteration of his web site. Each lesson of copyrighted material will come with an additional fee. There’s just no way to know when that will take place.
