Gold Pick member @rspillers took me & Katy Lou to Lake Fork today in search of some crappie…it was a tough day on the water, but a great day for hanging out. I didn’t go home empty-handed!

It was pretty cold in here, so played in a local chess tournament indoors almost all day.
Pretty awesome you would catch any with it this chilly! Great looking fish!
Yessir!!! Crappie and walleye used to be my favorites (when I fished).
That looks like piles of fun.
You can still catch fish in the winter, they just aren’t as active.

@BanjoBen if you can make it down to the Florida Keys in the next 10 days, I’ll take ya fishing for stuff that will feed an entire village. Oh yeah, it’s a LOT warmer than Lake Fork so you’re not gonna need those stylish mittens.
