Sounds beautiful, @Simone ! When I was 7 years old, my Dad went to Vietnam. Before he left he gave me a quick lesson on how to play his Hammond organ. The first song I taught myself was Silent Night. Your rendition brings back fond memories from long ago. Thanks for Sharing! By the way, my Dad just turned 90 and was playing White Christmas when we visited my folks yesterday.

Reading these kind of things really makes one realize the way music brings back memories - almost as if they were yesterday - not xxx years gone.
So your Dad was playing White Christmas? Excellent! You’ve gotta get in there some time, if you haven’t already, and play with him! No matter if he’s on a keyboard and you’re on a banjo, it’s all good :slightly_smiling_face: … annnd, Happy 90th to your Dad!
