I’ve just joined as a Gold Pic member, and the first lessons are dreadful - the content is great, but the server BBen is using must be out of the ark! I had to wait through numerous drop-outs, watching the little circle as the next thirty seconds of the lesson loaded. I have a very fast fibre connection in the UK, so it’s not my internet - it’s almost certainly server overload at BBen’s end of the line.
Server drop-outs ruining lessons
@Kbolt Welcome! Sorry to hear about your problem. On rare occasion I have had a problem with the video freezing, or something. I’ve mentioned @aliciabowman because she keeps up with Ben and issues that arise. I’m sure Alicia will see this post later this morning and check on how things are working.
Good luck.
Which browser are you using? This site seems to have a preference for Google Chrome.
I’ve used both Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer and have never experienced any problems on either platform.
That’s odd… I was running a lesson this morning and didn’t have any issues. On my older computer I used to set the quality to 720p because the PC was slow and it would choke a bit on 4k. Anyway, I wanted to pass on that what you experienced isn’t normal for me. Are you still seeing the issue?
Problem appears to have resolved today. Strange! Maybe its the Russians…!!
Ha, but who knows… it could actually be true. Glad the issue is resolved!
