Scruggs 'Home Sweet Home'

Well I posted it from my phone and tried all different ways but it always ended up as a link. Perhaps you can only embed from a pc then.

I changed it from my iPhone. Not sure why you had a problem. :man_shrugging:

I’ll experiment… Hopefully I can delete it again :+1::wink:

Yep got it to work… Thanks Mark. :+1:

Great job, you’ve got it! There is one difference I do (and Earl does) that I think you’ll like, however. Most everything in a backward roll except one part. The first time you go up to the 10th frets, try a forward roll there then resume the backward after you come down.

Dude :slight_smile:

Thanks Ben, much appreciated, I will give that a go next practise. :+1:

That’s a fine sounding banjo.

Thanks! It’s a 2003 Gold star GF85, I love it. :wink:

Excellent! I have two 1981 Gold Stars and hope I never have to part with them.

Ooh lucky you. I’d love an 80’s gf100 with the gold fittings and maybe a kulesh tone ring. Think that would be my dream gold star. :grin:

I started working on this a few weeks ago when everyone was forced to stay home. :thinking: …Oh the irony… :grin:

Love the tune!

I’m working on the second banjo solo and get’n it up to speed as well. It seems to be most of the first banjo solo with the 3 C positions mixed in. I’m having Timing issues in the back up during the dobro solo… Mainly trying to figure out the best left hand positions…

Does anyone have any tabs they would recommend for Home Sweet Home?
