Interesting that you mention picks… The thumb pick was actually twirling around my thumb, so I stuck it on there so tight it went numb :rofl::confounded:!! (It was only for a short bit, so no worries!) Being a mandolin picker, I never fully realized the importance of good fitting banjo picks!

Hello, I’m Josiah. In August I started self-teaching myself the banjo after I convinced my mom to help me buy my first banjo (only banjo). Since I found banjobenclark.com, I now spend about an hour everyday practicing with Banjo Ben and I love it. I hope to be pickin’ and a grinin’ for a long time. I want to be just like Banjo Ben one day, but can I just say these are some big “old underwear” to fill… :joy: Just kidding, I don’t have a pair of “Ben’s Old Underwear” yet… But I think I’ve almost convinced my mom to help me get a pair. :joy:
This was great fun to be a part of!! Thank you for the opportunity, Banjo Ben!!

I hope you didn’t use super glue… I always lick my fingers before putting on my picks works great but the pick do need to be a snug fit.

Wow, thank you, @WillCoop ! Yes, I’ll been pickin’ since August. I really, really enjoy it! I hope I can keep on improving. All of you are AMAZING! I definitely enjoy reading the forum post, I just have never posted cause I’m so new… but all of you GREAT folks help me with my daily lessons. You sometimes have the same questions/thoughts I have, and it is so helpful.
