Problem loading video lessons

Anybody having a problem with lessons loading. I’m a lifetime member and have been away for a few months. Never had a problem using my iPad to view the video lessons, but tonight I can’t get anything to load…it’s just stuck….

Hi Earl, Working fine on my PC. Try clearing your browser cache, signing out and back in again. If that doesn’t work give @Mark_Rocka a holler he is way more knowledgeable when it comes to iPhones & iPads

I haven’t had any problems accessing the site from my iPhone. I do know that browsers can sometimes be problematic. I would try a different browser. I typically use safari, but also use chrome. Firefox is also a go to.

Videos don’t work

Hi @btdouthit Bennie. I have just checked and they are loading fine on my MacBook and PC computer. But lets see what’s happening with you. How are you accessing the lesson. PC, Laptop, MacBook. iPad or iPhone? What operating system are you using? What lesson are you trying to load? Has it worked ok in the past? This may seem a daft question but are you logged in on the Main Site? A lot of questions I know but it will help us help you resolve this quicker and get you back on track.
