Picks for Octave Mandolin

Any recommendations about picks for an Octave Mandolin. Any reason to do anything different than what you use for a regular mandolin? Thicker or thinner? Different shape?

Start with whatever you use for mandolin and experiment from there. If you also play guitar maybe use something between mandolin and guitar? But just experiment a little to find what you like. There’s no specific reason it won’t like the picks you use for mandolin
