Peaches and Cream with Alan Munde

I don’t have to tell you what my highlight of the weekend was. I never imagined I’d get to play this song with the man that wrote it.

What a great honour @Mark_Rocka, Few things in life are memorable. This has to be high on your bucked list and to have the video well that’s just the icing so to speak. two_banjos

Yup that ending is a tricky tongue twister @Mark_Rocka

The thing is, I almost never botch that ending. I’ve practiced it over and over. It was probably just my nerves.

I was the same @Mark_Rocka but now I just can’t play it though I stumble every time. Not just with this tune but a lot of other tunes I spent months/years learning. Weird as it may seem tunes that I didn’t spend as much time on and that I haven’t played in years just seem to flow out of my head.

I learned Alan’s arrangement from his Anthology II DVD about 4 years ago which is slightly different to @BanjoBen 's Lesson

@Mark_Rocka, you know that wasn’t a very modern approach to a flub… since you were playing in unison, instead of expressing dismay, you could have just looked at disapprovingly at Alan and shook your head.

Just kidding!

Seriously though, that’s a keeper memory! Very nice!.
