This is loaded with great information & insights plus some very dry humor.
However, I am compelled to note the guy sounds like a robo-voice. This is an observation, not a complaint. He certainly makes me more aware of tone & pitch!

I was needing a break from the new Cripple Creek Guitar lesson so checked out the forum and this is the first thing I read. Much needed reminders of why’s and how’s of basic (easily overlooked but important) practice strategies. That’s exactly the reset button I needed pressed. Thanks Archie.

Interesting video! I grew up in a family of non-musicians, and I was well into adulthood before I ever took my first music lesson. I am jealous of the folks who had a chance to play music fresh into diapers. Although I was not born with any innate talent, this video was a good motivator that desire, and effort can go a long way.
