I’m not getting any sound from the lessons / videos on my phone. (Pixel / Android) All other websites and streaming sites are working fine. My Mac book has volume as well. Is anyone else with an Android device having issues with this?

Hi, @ChadNBNC I don’t have an Android device, but I do know sometimes refreshing the browser helps clear the issues. You could try that and see if it works.

Yeah, I’ve tried that. If by refreshing you mean just logging out and then trying to log back in. Also made sure my phone had the latest update and restarted it. The only thing that’s throwing me off is that everything else works fine and has volume. Thank you for the advice. I just don’t know what it can be. I used my phone as a hotspot for my Mac and it worked fine on the Mac. The videos are playing great, there’s just no sound. I would have one of my family members try it on their phones but they are all IOS. I’m the only one with an Android.

@ChadNBNC, check if you have any browser extensions installed and try disabling them temporarily to see if the helps with any possible audio interference.
