They’re pretty sharp! Check out the Aggie Fish Drill Team. It’s made up of all freshman cadets. It was disbanded the year before I arrived in the Corps for hazing, but has since been brought back with more oversight…and, in my opinion, not as impressive these days.

When I was a young Lance Corporal I was part of a Drill Team but we never spun our rifles like in that movie clip. The L1A1 Self-Loading Rifle we used was just way too heavy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L1A1_Self-Loading_Rifle
Here is a funny clip showing Commanding Officers Memorandum. Represented here are Sgt’s from the five different regiments of Foot Guards that guard Buckingham Palace. What makes it so funny is each regiment has it own unique traditions.
